In view of the order of this Court passed on 28th February, 2025, we deem it appropriate to allow the application. 3.
Let the amendment be carried out within one week, failing which the order granting amendment shall stand revoked without further reference to the Court.

We permit the petitioner to place on record the amended copy of the petition and same be also made available to the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent no.1 so also the counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 and acknowledgment thereof be produced on record within one week from today. 5.
Within two weeks thereafter we direct respondent nos.1 and 2 to file their affidavit, in view of the aforesaid order dated 28th February, 2025.

We would also like to have the response of the respondent no.2 on the issue as to whether he can be proceeded under the Contempt of
2 criwp940.2016.odt Courts Act for creating and placing on record false evidence, as could be inferred from the last order dated 28th February, 2025. Similarly, the respondent no.2 shall also explain as to why he should not be ordered to pay damages and compensation to the petitioner. The respondent no.1 shall also file an affidavit explaining as to what action they are intending to propose against the respondent no.2, in view of the aforesaid order 7.
