This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 29 days in filing the first appeal against the judgment passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati dated 13.11.2017.

It is seen from the record that the respondent nos.1 and 2 were served by paper publication whilst there was appearance on behalf of respondent no. 3, however, none appeared on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3. 4.

Considering the fact that there is 20 days delay in preferring the appeal. Therefore, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay stands condoned.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
