After the appointment of the petitioner on 17.09.2024 on the post of 'Senior Assistant' from the Scheduled Tribe category, the claim for issuance of validity was submitted by the employer-Zilla Parishad to the respondent no.2 - Committee on 11.10.2024. 3.

It is the case of the petitioner that the Committee has not decided his tribe claim till this date. However the respondents are bent upon to terminate the services of the petitioner as he failed to submit the validity within a period of six months from the date of his appointment as has been directed in the appointment order. 4.

Since the tribe claim of the petitioner is already referred to the Committee, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent no.2-Committee on 28.03.2025. 5.

Once the petitioner appears before the respondent no.2Committee, the Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of six months thereafter. Till then no coercive action be initiated against the petitioner.
