Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties.

The learned APP states the discovery of scull of the deceased is the only evidence against the applicant.

Admittedly, there is no other evidence admissible in law against the applicant.

That being so, I make the following order :

Order A] Criminal Application (BA) No.217 of 2015 is allowed.

B] The applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the like sum. JUDGE Deshmukh
