The dispute between the parties was referred to the learned Mediator. The mediation proceedings have been successful and the learned Mediator has submitted the report on 18.12.2014. Along with the report, the agreement regarding settlement of dispute is also placed on record.

Today, both, the appellant and the respondent, are personally present in the Court. The said agreement is duly signed by both the parties as well as their counsel along with the learned Mediator. It is informed that as per Clause no.3, the respondent has returned the golden chain of 10 grams and golden ring of 6 grams to the appellant. A copy thereof is also placed on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification.

In that view of the matter, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of the agreement arrived at between the parties. No costs.
