The applicant is arrested in crime registered against him and others for the offence punishable under Section 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned A.P.P. has pointed out from the documents filed on record the nature of injury which is grievous. The complainant and the applicant are residents of same village and had been knowing each others. There are eye witnesses of the incident. Considering the nature of accusations against the applicant and the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant the prayer made in the application. The application is dismissed.
