Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

2] The learned APP Ms. Haider states that there is no offence registered against the applicant with Police Station Morshi. However, the learned APP is seeking further time to file a detailed affidavit.

3] The learned counsel for the applicant is seeking interim protection.

4] In the event of arrest in Crime 90/2020 registered with Police Station Morshi for offence punishable under sections 332, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant shall be released on furnishing P.R.

aba214.20.O.odt bond of Rs.50,000/- with a surety of like amount. 5] In view of the prevailing situation, the applicant is granted four weeks time to furnish surety. 6] The applicant shall attend Police Station Morshi, District Amravati on 4th, 5th and 6th June, 2020 between 11:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. and co-operate with the Investigating Officer.

7] The applicant shall not directly or indirectly attempt to tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses. The application is disposed of.
