After having heard respective Counsel for some time, it is noticed that the order of grant of ad-interim maintenance is dated 24th April, 2014. Appeal against which was already dismissed on 13th February, 2015. As such, the said order is holding field for last about three years.

As such, in the interest of justice,

302.15crwp (2) following order is passed :- The proceedings being Misc. Criminal Application No. 428 of 2012 (Smt. Pradnya vs Avinash) pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nagpur, be decided expeditiously, in any case, within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
