The report of Mediator dated 18th August 2025 along with compromise deed is placed on record. In accordance with the terms of compromise, the petitioners have handed over the cheque bearing No.002425, drawn on ICICI Bank, Nariman Point Branch, Mumbai, for an amount of Rs.20 Lakhs, to respondent No.1 today itself. 2.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of compromise deed dated 18th August 2025, filed along with the report of Mediator.
