Prayer is to permit the land owners to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant.

Application is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant on the ground that enhancement granted is on a higher side. Perused the judgment of the Reference Court. The applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- on filing an undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed said amount shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct. The balance amount is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Application is disposed of.
