The petitioner, who is a senior citizen, had instituted the civil suits against the respondents and the same are informed to be pending since last ten years. 2.

Considering the litigation policy, we deem it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for the expeditious disposal of the suits which prayer be considered and decided by the concerned Civil Court keeping in view the status of the petitioner as a senior citizen. 3.
