After going through the enhancement granted by the Reference Court, the respondent no.1 - claimant is permitted to withdraw fifty per cent of the amount deposited upon furnishing a solvent security and the balance fifty per cent, upon furnishing a usual undertaking, both to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
