Petitioner No.1 Maheah and petitioner no.5 Smt. Pushpa, are present in the Court. They submit that the matrimonial dispute between them is amicably settled out of court before the Mediator on 27.03.2014, and it has been also recorded on 11.04.2014. They are identified by their Advocate. 4.

The applicants request for quashing of the FIR and Charge sheet.

In view of the joint request and compromise, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause(1), and accordingly FIR No. 178/2008 dated 22.08.2008 at Gondia Rural Police Station and consequential Charge Sheet No. 197/2008 dated 05.12.2008 are quashed and set aside.

Writ Petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
