The applicant is seeking for interim bail as he was arrested by concerned Police Station in Crime No. 222/2018 relating to the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 354(a)(b), 376(d), 385, 397, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and SectionS 66(e), 67(a), 67(b) of Information Technology Act. The applicant had applied for regular bail to this Court, however it was came to be rejected on

Order 27apeal222.20 22.07.2019. Thereafter, the applicant applied for interim bail to the Special Court which was came to be rejected. On perusal of copy of FIR, it reveals that serious allegations are leveled against the applicant. Precisely it is alleged that applicant along with co-accused took victim in seclude place, they committed sexual activities and took video and photographs.

Considering the nature of offence and particularly as regular bail is rejected by this Court, there is no propriety to grant interim bail hence, application is devoid of merits and same is rejected.
