This is an application for grant of interim bail. The applicants who are child in conflict with law, has claimed bail in connection with Crime No. 569/2019 for the offence punishable under Section 302, 324, 120-B read with Sections 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is informed that main bail application is pending before the Children's Court. The applicants have applied for interim bail however, it was rejected

Order 26apeal223.20 by the Special Court.

I have gone through the copy of FIR. It reveals that the applicants and co-accused have assaulted deceased by means of sharp age weapon and prima-facie, it appears that it is a pre-planned occurrence. Already regular bail application is pending before the Special Court, hence I do not find any propriety to grant bail.

In view of above, application does not carry any merit hence it is rejected.
