By this contempt petition, the petitioners have sought an action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 15.07.2015, directing the respondents to consider the proposal of the petitioners for permission to appoint Assistant Teachers.

Shri Kale, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2, has tendered an affidavit of the respondent no.2 in the Court, today.

The same is accepted on record. It is stated that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, by an order dated 17.12.2016, the petitioners are permitted to fill up two posts of Shikshan Sevaks.

Since the order appears to have been complied with, though belatedly, the contempt petition is liable to be disposed of. Hence, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
