The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 6/2020 registered with the Police Station Mangrul (Dastgir), District Amravati, for the offences punishable under section 379 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 9 and 15 of the Environment (Protection) Act, section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 and sections 4 (1)(a) and section 21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.

The learned APP Mr. Rode fairly states that the co-accused, who is similarly circumstanced, is granted pre-arrest protection vide order dated 04.01.2021 in Criminal Application (ABA) 185/2020.

On the principle of parity, and in view of the
