We have heard this matter for some time. Mr. Chande, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to make an application to the competent authority to assert his right to receive employment if any, and other benefits if any, as being a project affected person, in addition to compensation for acquisition of his land.
