The learned advocate for the respondent No.2employee makes a grievance that the petitioners are harassing the respondent No.2-employee and she is not paid salary regularly along with other employees working in the school and the respondent No.2-employee many a times is restrained from putting her signature on the muster roll. The learned advocate for the petitioners-employer states that the respondent No.2-employee is being paid salary regularly as per 6th Pay Commission.

Accepting the statement made on behalf of the petitioner, the civil application is disposed with direction to the petitioners to pay salary of the respondent No.2-employee regularly along with the other employees.

If the respondent No.2-employee is discriminated in any manner, the interim order granted by this Court shall stand vacated without reference to the Court. JUDGE RRaut..
