The learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application, however, requests that the Sessions Court may be directed to conclude and dispose the trial within three months. The application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Sessions Court shall conclude the trial till 30th November, 2017. If the trial is not concluded till 30th November, 2017, the applicant will be at liberty to file fresh application seeking bail.
