The petitioner and the respondents have settled the matter and they have entered into a deed of settlement on 25th November, 2020. The respondent/management has reinstated the petitioner and has agreed to pay the back wages. These terms are mentioned in the deed of settlement.

In view of that, the petitioner does not want to prosecute further. Hence, it is disposed of for want of non-prosecution. 4.
