DATED : 08-04-2024 It is the case of the petitioners that respondent No.2 inspite of being demoted is getting salary of the promoted post.

The fact remains that the petitioners are not paying the salaries, but it is from the public exchequer the same is paid.

Respondent No.2 has promoted on the said post in 2019.

It is for respondent No.1-Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati to take appropriate decision in the matter. In this background, the petitioners cannot be said to be aggrieved party at this moment.

The petition stands dismissed.
