This is an application for condonation of 1104 days' delay in filing application for restoration of the writ petition.

After going through the reasons stated in the application, I am of the opinion that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for condonation of delay. 3.

In the circumstances, though the learned A.G.P. is opposing the present application, I am of the opinion that the delay needs to be condoned.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed. The delay is condoned.
