This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner to bring on record legal representatives of respondent No.1, who has died during pendency of this Petition.

It is stated in the application that two legal representatives i.e. the petitioner and respondent No.2 are already on record and only the widow of original respondent No.1 needs to be brought on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and Mrs. Gurvindar Kaur Wd/o Harpalsingh Lamba is permitted to be substituted in place of original respondent No.1 in the present Writ Petition.

Mr. Sahil Dewani, learned Advocate waives notice on behalf of said legal representative. Writ Petition No. 3049 of 2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents.
