Mr T.S. Deshpande, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that Appellant No.1-A to 1-B are senior citizens. Moreover, post pandemic, they are suffering from financial crises.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application and considering the appeal is more than five years old, it can be taken up for final hearing. Hence, the appeal be placed before the Court on 24/04/2023.
