Admittedly, the petitioner has already filed its reply to the impugned show cause notice dated 1st March, 2024 issued by respondent no.1. Considering the facts and circumstances, the following order is passed.

If pursuant to the impugned show cause notice, the order adverse to the petitioner is passed, then the same shall not take effect for the period of four weeks.

The petition is disposed of.
