By this review application, the State Government seeks a review of the order dated 07.02.2018 directing the applicants to release the amount of Rs.24,94,259/- in favour of the applicantpetitioner-Sanstha. Shri Fulzele, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the applicant-State, points out that the modified order of the Divisional Commissioner, Woman and Child Development, Nagpur, dated 16.10.2017 staying all the orders passed in pursuance of the government resolution was not brought to the notice of this Court. It is stated that the order dated 07.10.2017 on the basis of which this Court had directed the release of the amount in favour of the petitioners was stayed by the order dated 16.10.2017 that was not brought to the notice of this Court.

Since we had not decided the writ petition on merits and had issued the direction to release the amount on the basis of the order dated 07.10.2017, which appears to have been stayed by the modified order dated 16.10.2017, the prayer made in this application is granted. The order of which the review is sought is recalled. The miscellaneous civil application is allowed and disposed of.
