The order below Exh.24 allowing the application for direction to the petitioner to deposit arrears of rent/license fees, is under challenge in this writ petition. 2.

After going through the impugned order and record, it is evident that, admittedly, the petitioner is in possession of the property in dispute and enjoying the same. 3.

The lower Appellate Court has recorded the reason in paragraph Nos.9 and 10 for issuance of such direction to the petitioner to deposit Rs.10,05,000/- towards arrears of license fee. The Court has held that, the petitioner is liable to pay Rs.15,000/- per month and since July, 2016 the petitioner is in arrears of rent. The Court has further observed that, the appellant and her husband are old aged persons and they required the amount for their livelihood.

In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit in the present matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
