In view of the aforesaid, since the petitioner has invoked the statutory remedy provided, it is not necessary to entertain this writ petition any further.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Points raised in this writ petition are kept open. No costs.

The writ petitioner is at liberty to prosecute the said proceedings in accordance with law.
