Mrs. Masurkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that the entire amount has been deposited by the Insurance Company with the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT), Nagpur and therefore, questions raised in the petition does not survives, considering which, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Needless to say that the petitioner shall be entitled to withdraw all amount deposited by the Insurance Company in pursuance to the award passed by the learned MACT.
