The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the proceedings the claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Thakur' Scheduled Tribe had been invalidated. The same was challenged in Writ Petition No.2773 of 2022 and that writ petition was allowed. Consequently, the petitioner has been now issued a validity certificate.
