By these applications, the applicants pray for bringing the legal representatives of deceased-respondent No.2 on record and seek condonation of delay in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives of deceased-respondent No.2 on record. 03.

The legal representatives were served, but nobody has filed reply to the applications.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the delay is condoned. Since, the right to sue survives against the legal representatives of respondent No.2, permission to bring the legal representatives of respondent No.2 on record is granted. Necessary corrections to be carried out within a period of two weeks. 05.
