The applicants seek review of the judgment dated 18.12.2019 that was passed in Writ Petition No.7549 of 2019 with other connected writ petitions. The principal ground on which the review of the aforesaid judgment is sought is that an earlier order passed by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal dated 22.05.2019 by which the Tribunal noted the conduct of the representative of the workman could not be referred when the writ petition was decided. In addition by seeking to amend the review application another ground sought to be urged is that the Department of Senior Divisional Mechanical Engineer, Nagpur did not have any person of legal standing to effectively defend the Department in the proceedings before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal.

I have perused the review application, the averments in C.A.O. No.613 of 2021 as well as the documents sought to be placed on record vide C.A.O. No.635 of 2021. I have also gone through the reply as well as additional reply filed on behalf of the non-applicant. I find that the review application as filed alongwith the additional grounds do not indicate any error apparent on the face of record warranting exercise of review jurisdiction.
