CAW No. 698 of 2015 in W.P.No. 1579 of 2015. This application is for intervention. The applicant contends that he is a senior most teacher and as such he is entitled to be appointed as Head Master in place of petitioner no.1.

The learned counsel for the petitioners vehemently opposes the application.

12062015cawno.696.2015 2 It is submitted that the issue, who is senior, is pending before the competent forum. As such the petition can very well be decided after the decision of the competent forum. We find that though the presence of the applicant/ intervenor is not necessary, he would assist the court in effectively determining the matter. As such the presence of the applicant/ intervenor would be proper, if not necessary. In that view of the matter, the intervention is allowed. The applicant is permitted to intervene.
