Present application is filed by the applicant for anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in respect of crime No. 09972/249278/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 9, 39, 44, 49(a), 49(b), 50, 51, 52 and 57 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972. 3.

After hearing for the learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the Investigation Papers, this Court expressed that Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

Considering the allegation made in the FIR, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
