After recording compromise reached between the parties, those proceedings have been disposed of.

As a part of that settlement, Criminal Case and First Information Report lodged by applicant no.8

Order 0504apl212.17 [original complainant] is to be quashed and set aside. Accordingly this joint proceeding are filed.

In view of above development, we quash and set aside Regular Criminal Case No. 4364/2007 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class , Court No.1, Nagpur as also First Information Report No. 554/2007 dated 19.10.2007.

Rule is made absolute in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
