Heard learned Counsel Shri M.P. Kariya for the applicant. A Notice has been issued to the non-applicant in revision application.

The applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount, or cash deposit of Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand) in lieu of solvent surety. The applicant shall deposit Rs.70,000/- (rupees seventy thousand) in the trial Court within a period of two weeks from today. If the said amount is not deposited within the stipulated period, the order of bail shall stand revoked automatically and the learned trial Magistrate shall take necessary steps to execute the final order.
