The petitioner has come up with the grievance against the division of the wards of the Gram-Panchayat. It is submitted that the elections are scheduled for 25-072015. The impugned order is dated 07-02-2015 and the petition was filed on 30-03-2015 i.e. after almost seven weeks. The petition came to be circulated on 05-05-2015 i.e. almost after five weeks of filing of the petition. At this stage, there cannot be any interference in the extraordinary writ jurisdiction as it would amount to interference with the election programme.

The petition is dismissed. No costs.
