and Registrar's Orders.
Mr. P. S. Patil, Advocate for applicant.
Mr. Khan, A.P.P. for non applicant-State.
CORAM : A.B. CHAUDHARI, J.
DATE :
JUNE 16, 2015.
Heard learned counsel for rival parties. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the application has been made on medical ground for grant of bail to the trial court, which was rejected. The learned A.P.P. invited my attention to the reply filed by the prosecution. The reply filed before the trial Judge shows that the Government hospital would take care of the applicant as and when there is requirement of providing medical aid. It is alleged in the dying declaration that the applicant had poured Kerosene on the person of the deceased who suffered 98% burn injuries.
That being so, there is no substance in the present application. Criminal Application No. 220/2015 is, therefore, rejected.
