DATE : January 29, 2018 By these applications it is prayed that the legal heirs of nonapplicant No.3 be permitted to be brought on record. In the application it is stated that the applicants got knowledge about the death of non-applicant No.3 when the parties were not served. After getting information necessary steps have been taken. The legal heirs have been duly served but there is no appearance on their behalf. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned and after setting aside the abatement and condoning the delay, the legal heirs are permitted to be be brought on record. Amendment to carried out within period of one week. Applications are allowed and disposed of.
