21st April, 2016 Heard Shri S.R. Jaiswal, learned Adv., for the Applicant and Shri R.S. Nayak, learned APP for the Nonapplicant. The applicant is arrested on 30th October, 2015 in the crime registered against her for offences punishable under Sections 370 and 370-A, Indian Penal Code, Sections 3,4,5 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, and Sections 4,8,12 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

According to the prosecution, the applicant is providing girls to a Naturopathy Centre where

prostitution is being carried on.

The charge-sheet is filed. Investigation is complete. Considering the facts on record and as the Non-applicant has not been able to show that the custody of applicant is required for further investigation, in my view, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. Hence the following order:-

O R D E R

[a] The applicant having been arrested in Crime No. 310/2015 registered by the Nonapplicant, she be released on bail on furnishing PR bond for Rs. 20,000-00 [rupees twenty thousand only] and two solvent sureties in the like amount.

[b] The applicant shall attend the proceedings before the Special Court regularly on every date, unless granted exemption by the Special Court.

Application is allowed accordingly.
