Heard the learned advocate for the petitioners. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed on record the order passed by the Caste Scrutiny

10-CP-146-20 Committee dated 12/10/2021. It is pointed out that this order has been passed in compliance with the directions issued in Writ Petition Nos.3925/2018, 3909/2018 and 3934/2018 dated 06/07/2018. On going through the order placed on record by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, it is apparent that the order stands complied with. Nothing survives in the contempt petitions.

The petitioners would be at liberty to take recourse to the appropriate remedy qua the order passed by the Caste Scrutiny Committee.

The petitions stand disposed of.
