DATE : 02/05/2022 By this application, the applicant (original petitioner) is seeking permission to withdraw cheque dated 22/12/2021 for an amount of of Rs.25000/-, which was deposited by the applicant before this Court during the pendency of Writ Petition No.2451 of 2021. It is stated in the application itself that the aforesaid cheque is lying in the Nazir Section of this Court. The office note also indicates that the said cheque was kept in safe custody of the Nazir Section. 2.

This clearly indicates that the said cheque was not encashed. Since the cheque dated 22/12/2021, has already expired after three months KOLHE

2 / 2 07-CAW 827.2022 from the date of issuance of the said cheque, the present application seeking permission to withdraw the said cheque is of no consequence.
