The present application is for direction to refund the court fee deposited by the applicants in First Appeal No.1065 of 2015.

Vide order dated 03/12/2015, the Court has accepted the compromise arrived at between the parties and disposed of the first appeal in view of compromise. As such the applicants are entitled to get refund 50% of the court fee deposited by the applicants.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. 50% amount of the court fee, as deposited by the applicants, is directed to be refunded to them.
