The petitioner as an employee is seeking directions to the respondents to release the honorarium payable as per the approval order dated 03/02/2018 for the period from 01/03/2016 to 28/02/2019. The rest of the issues are redressed. 3.
It is not in dispute that the services of the petitioner are already absorbed with the Municipal Council, Durgapur in a primary school. 4.
The Municipal Council through the Chief Officer has placed on record a communication dated 07/03/2025 thereby requesting the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to release the
3-WP-6688-19.odt 2/2 honorarium of Rs.2,16,000/- payable to the petitioner. 5.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Deputy Director of Education submits that the amount as claimed towards honorarium demanded by the Municipal Council shall be processed and released within a period of six weeks from today. 6.
Since the statement is coming on instructions, same is accepted. 7.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. 8.
