By this appeal, the appellant assails the order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Khamgaon in Regular Bail Application No. 137/2020 thereby rejecting the anticipatory bail application filed by the appellants. Vide order dated 15.04.2020, the appellant was granted interim protection on a certain condition.

The Investigating Officer has filed a reply and contended that the appellants have cooperated in the investigation. After completion of the investigation, chargesheet was filed. In view of the filing of the charge-sheet, the learned advocate for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the learned trial Court for regular bail. He prayed that interim protection granted to the appellants may be continued for a period of four weeks.

910appeal224.2020.odt 2 Taking into consideration the fact that the appellants were granted interim protection on 15.04.2020 and they have followed the condition imposed on them and since the charge-sheet is filed and the criminal appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the appellants to approach learned trail Court for regular bail. Interim protection granted to the appellants on 15.04.2020 shall continue for a period of three weeks from today.
