Since proposed respondents are party to the proceedings before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur and present proceedings are arising out of the same order, the application is allowed.

Since proposed respondent no.3 is already party respondent, respondent nos.1,2 and 4 (a) to 4(c), 5 to 7 are permitted to add as party respondents. Amendment be carried out within two weeks.
