On 21.04.2023, the following order was passed: "Learned counsel for the applicants by referring reply submits that the only reason why custody of the applicants is required for recovery of tractor, which has been recovered on 01.04.2023.

2.Learned APP seeks time to take instructions on the aforesaid point and further whether despite recovery of tractor the custody of applicant is necessary. 3.Stand over to 28.04.2023."

Learned APP submits that custodial interrogation is not required however the presence of applicants may be necessary to procure the names of the co-accused. 3.

In view of above and in continuation of orders dated 23.03.2023 and 21.04.2023, which shall be treated as part of this order, I find no reason why interim relief should not be confirmed. The same stands confirmed accordingly with the directions that the applicants shall attend the Police
