The learned Assistant Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection to the tenability of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy of filing an Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.
