The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in crime registered against them for offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusations that even after the death of Smt. Laxmi Dendwal (mother of the applicant No.1 and mother-in-law of the applicant No.2), the applicants submitted false certificate to the effect that Smt. Laxmi Dendwal was alive and on the basis of it continued to get the amount of pension deposited in her account. According to the prosecution, the amount which is illegally got deposited in the account is about Rs.4,09,180/-.

2 ABA187.16 Considering the nature of accusations against the applicants and the facts on the record and as investigation is still going on, I am not inclined to grant protection to the applicants.

The application praying for pre-arrest bail is dismissed.
